The Pict's Ditty

A SHORT POEM BY DONAL GRANT
 
There once was a Pict from Loch Lomand*, 
Who attacked a man who was Roman,
As he chopped of his head, he triumphantly said 
A Celt would’ve been a more difficult foeman.
*(note:  "Lomand" is pronounced to rhyme with Roman)
